Every Exactide product is sold strictly for laboratory and research purposes. They are not drugs, supplements, cosmetics or food products, are not intended for human or veterinary consumption, and have not been evaluated by the FDA or any equivalent authority. Placing an order confirms you are buying for legitimate research and will not use or supply the product for consumption.

You must be at least 21 years old and purchasing for legitimate laboratory research. You are responsible for confirming that you may lawfully buy, import and handle a given compound where you are, and for obtaining any licence your jurisdiction requires.

Compounds are supplied as lyophilised powder in sealed vials. Bacteriostatic water for reconstitution in a laboratory setting is sold separately.

Yes. Available testing results are published alongside the applicable batch, and you can search the COA library before you order rather than taking our word for it. A COA relates only to the lot identified on it.

Most batches are independently tested through Freedom Diagnostics and BioViridian, two independent third-party U.S. laboratories that offer publicly searchable COA options.

Testing goes beyond purity alone and can include identity, purity, heavy metals, endotoxins and fentanyl, depending on the batch. Identity and purity testing may use methods such as LC-MS and HPLC.

Open the COA library and match the lot number printed on your vial to the published report. Because panels vary by batch, always check the report for your own lot rather than a previous one.

Orders placed on a business day are picked the same or next business day, with 2-day shipping domestically. Delivery estimates are not guarantees, and carrier delays are outside our control.

Domestic shipping is free on orders over $150. Costs for everything else are shown at checkout before you pay.

Everything ships in temperature-controlled packaging to protect compound integrity in transit. Lyophilised peptides are stable at ambient temperature for the length of a normal domestic delivery.

A tracking number is emailed as soon as your parcel is collected, and every order is listed under Orders in your account. Sign in and open the order to see its current status.

International orders are accepted where lawful. You are the importer of record and are responsible for duties, taxes and customs compliance in your own country.

All major credit and debit cards are accepted at checkout, processed securely by our payment provider. There is no crypto requirement and no bank-transfer workaround — you pay the same way you would anywhere else. We never see or store your full card number.

You can check out as a guest, but creating an account stores your order history, tracking, COA access and saved addresses in one place, and is required to join the affiliate programme.

Contact support@exactide.com as quickly as you can. We can usually amend an order before it is picked, but once it has been dispatched it has to be handled as a return.

Opened products cannot be returned. Unopened products in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery — email support@exactide.com first. Report damaged or incorrect items within 14 days.

Quantity discounts apply automatically at checkout and are shown on the product page as you change quantity. For larger research volumes, contact support@exactide.com.

A rewards programme is being rolled out. Create an account and opt in to email to be told when it opens — rewards will be tied to your account, so ordering while signed in is worth doing now.

Yes. Approved affiliates choose their own discount code, share it with their audience, and earn commission on every order placed with it. Your customers get a discount at checkout, and your earnings, referred orders and payouts are all visible under Affiliates in your account.

Sign in, open the Affiliates tab in your account and apply. You pick your code and how you would like to be paid as part of the application.
